September 2012 Reader Art Quest 1: 4 x 4 Format

Are you in love with the 4" x 4" format?  Then, this Reader Art Quest is for you!  We are asking you to create a 4" x 4" piece of art.  If you are feeling daring, get in the spirit of our issue and make it a 4" x 4" collage!

We'll be accepting Reader Submissions starting September 1st until September 25th.  Voting for the top 5 projects will begin September 26 and run to September 30, 2012.  The 3 projects with the most votes will be featured in the September 2012 issue.

Please limit your entries to 3 per RAQ.  Entries may only be combined with up to 5 other challenges/dares. Entries that are part of blog hops or include direct selling will not be accepted.

Please spread the word about UPA and our RAQs in your post by adding a link back to UPA.
